On behalf of CMS/Proc Hospitality Holdings II, LP and CMS/Procaccianti Hospitality Holdings III, LP, Merion Realty Partners with it’s JV partner, completed the sale of the 366-room InterContinental Kansas City At The Plaza . The Fund owners originally purchased the property in 2005 in a joint venture with the Procaccianti Group. Shortly after acquisition, the owners completed an extensive renovation of the rooms, common areas and meeting space and converted the hotel from a Fairmont to an Intercontinental branded hotel.
