Merion Multifamily Fund IV is Fully Committed

Merion Realty Partners has raised its fourth multifamily investment fund that will target both core-plus and value add multifamily opportunities.  The first identified asset within the fund, Heights at Black Bear Village was acquired in January 2026.   It is anticipated that the fund will acquire three or four additional assets with a focus on both current cash flow and asset appreciation over time.
